THE PROCESS
From slurry to stackable cake
Geotextile dewatering tubes separate solids from water at scale — with no mechanical complexity. Slurry in, clarified water out, handleable cake ready for disposal or reuse.
01 · FILL
Slurry is pumped in
Feedstock is pumped through inlet ports, commonly with a flocculant dosed inline to bind fine particles and accelerate separation.
02 · DEWATER
Water drains out
Water permeates through the permeable geotextile fabric. Fill-and-drain cycles are repeated to build volume and maximise dryness.
3 · CONSOLIDATE
Cake forms and dries
Retained solids consolidate into a handleable cake for disposal or reuse. Clarified filtrate can often be recovered and recycled on site.
